My name is Mahdi Touati. In a corner of Tunisia where history whispers through ancient stones, I am living a reality few can imagine. I am the last guardian of a Jewish heritage that has existed on this soil for over two millennia.

I took a leap of faith. I poured every penny I owned—my entire life's work—into 10 hectares of land. I dreamt of an olive farm that would stand as a beacon of resilience and peace. But today, the dream is parched. I have the soil, but I have zero drops of water.

You can be the turning point. I urgently need support to dig a water well and build a protective fence. Even a small gesture—the cost of a single meal—is a lifeline that brings water to this parched soil.
